What is a yarn crawl?
The Kansas City Yarn Crawl is a self-guided tour of our five participating local yarn stores in the area. Take a day, or take four, while making your way around to as many stores as you can. Each store will have special events, yarn, and/or other demonstrations.
How do I buy Yarn Crawl exclusive items?
The yarn kits are ONLY available through preorder through July 31. Each store participating in the crawl will have a limited number of project pouches available for purchase during the crawl. Pick one up at the crawl or pre-order through the website!
Where are the shops located?
We've created an interactive map to help you plan your KC Yarn Crawl adventure. Use it to map your route, estimate driving times, and make the most of your weekend visiting all five participating shops.
What are the hours of the crawl?
All shops will have the same hours during the KC Yarn Crawl:
Thursday, 10am - 8pm
Friday, 10am - 5pm
Saturday, 10am - 5pm
Sunday, noon - 4pm
